    As a CI Volunteer, you are serving the happiness, growth, results, and transformation of community members. You are not just reminding people to attend sessions. You are helping them believe, show up, take action, and move forward.

    Help members complete milestones and graduate to the next level.

    Key Responsibilities

    Attend onboarding and understand the volunteer process clearly.

    Show up early for assigned sessions.

    Help members attend sessions through reminder messages and calls.

    Participate in groups like a best student and facilitate the process.

    Support members with clarity, encouragement, and direction.

    Share daily action updates in the CI Volunteer group before 9:00 PM.

    Monitor assigned members and help them stay active.

    Build a genuine relationship with the members you support.

    Celebrate happy results of the community daily.

    Connect member questions to the right CI facilitator when needed.

    Never create separate unofficial groups for participants or volunteers.

    Fill the application form with honest intention.

    Selection & Approval

    CI team reviews your application.

    Join CIV Group

    Selected volunteers are added to the official CIV group.

    Volunteer Onboarding

    Attend onboarding and understand the process, responsibilities, and code of honor.

    Batch Assignment

    You will be assigned to support members in upcoming CI batches.

    Member Support

    Send reminders, make support calls, help members show up, and guide them.

    Daily Reporting

    Share daily member action updates in the CIV group before 9:00 PM.

    Growth & Recognition

    Based on contribution, consistency, and leadership, you can grow to FTV, CIF, and Master Facilitator.

    • I agree to show up before time for all assigned sessions and responsibilities.
    • I agree to participate like a best student and lead by example.
    • I agree to support members respectfully through official CI systems.
    • I agree not to promote myself, my business, my services, or any external offer inside CI volunteer spaces.
    • I agree not to create separate unofficial groups for CI participants or volunteers.
    • I agree to maintain confidentiality of member details, conversations, and internal CI processes.
    • I agree to share daily updates honestly in the official CIV/FTV/CIF group as applicable.
    • I agree to ask questions in the official group whenever I need clarity instead of assuming or misguiding members.
    • I agree that volunteer leadership is a responsibility, not a title.
    • I agree that CI may approve, pause, or remove my volunteer role based on alignment, consistency, conduct, and contribution.
