    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using CI MAP (mycimap.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

    2. Account Responsibilities

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date.

    3. Intellectual Property

    All content on CI MAP, including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and software, is the property of CI Community and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

    4. Payment Terms

    Membership fees are as displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

    5. User Conduct

    You agree not to use CI MAP for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. You shall not harass, abuse, or harm other community members. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    CI MAP and CI Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

    7. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
